How to Access Your Course(s)

1. Wait up to 15 minutes after purchase before logging in to give our system time to set up your account.

2. Your invoice and onboarding email are sent to the EXACT email address you used at checkout. 

• Double-check you're looking in that specific inbox
• Check spam/junk folders too

3. YOUR LOG IN CREDENTIALS

• If you are new to my world, you will receive an email titled "Your New Symone Redmond Account"
• Click the blue "Set up password" button to create a password for your new Kajabi account
• Once your password has been created, you will be directed to the "My Products" page, where you will gain access to the products/courses that you have purchased.

4. How to log in (once 15 minutes has passed):

• Click the button below to go to the course site.
• Click "Sign In" in the top-right

5. If you can't log in or didn't get the email:

• Your email at checkout may have a typo
• Your payment might still be pending (especially ACH)
